Vázquez López y Cía is a Huelva-based company that has been in the property rental business for over a century. The client needed to update its corporate identity and differentiate itself from the local competition. Their properties are almost all located in the same street in Huelva, with a peculiar and autochthonous architecture, different from the rest of the city. For them I designed an icon inspired by the drawings of the hydraulic tiles, which refers to the floor of the properties they rent.
